Invisalign® straightens teeth with a series of clear, removable aligners instead of metal braces. They’re nearly invisible, comfortable, and let you keep eating the foods you love. Dr. Ghorab is a certified Invisalign® provider in Arlington.
Many of our Invisalign® patients are adults who always wished their teeth were straighter but didn’t want metal braces at this stage of life. Others are teens who’d rather not have brackets in their school photos. Either way, the results can be life-changing.

Most people won’t notice you’re wearing them, even up close.
Take them out to eat, brush and floss, and for important moments.
Smooth plastic, with no brackets or wires rubbing your cheeks.
Because you remove them to eat, there’s no list of foods to avoid.
Brush and floss normally, which helps keep your gums healthy.
Quick check-ins every six to eight weeks or so.
At your consultation, we’ll tell you honestly whether Invisalign® is the right fit. Some complex cases are better treated with traditional orthodontics, and we’ll say so.
We look at your teeth, take a digital scan, and talk through your goals.
You’ll see a preview of how your teeth will move, step by step, and how long it should take. You’ll get a clear cost upfront.
Wear them about 20 to 22 hours a day, switching to a new set on schedule. Each set moves your teeth a little at a time.
Quick visits every six to eight weeks or so to make sure everything’s on track.
When treatment is done, a retainer keeps your new smile in place.
Teens get all the same benefits, plus features designed for them, like compliance indicators that show whether aligners are being worn enough. Because aligners are removable, they’re also easier to manage around sports and music.
The cost depends on how much your teeth need to move and how long treatment takes. It’s often similar to traditional braces. Some insurance plans with orthodontic benefits cover part of it. You’ll get a clear, written cost at your consultation, before you commit to anything.
Both straighten teeth, and both work well. The difference is how they fit into your life. Braces are fixed to your teeth, need regular tightening, and come with food restrictions. Invisalign® is removable, nearly invisible and has no food rules, but it only works if you wear the aligners consistently. For very complex bite problems, traditional braces from an orthodontist may be the better choice, and we’ll tell you honestly if that’s the case.

The best way to find out is a consultation. We’ll scan your teeth, talk about what you’d like to change, and give you an honest answer, including how long treatment should take and what it will cost. If Invisalign® isn’t the best fit for your case, we’ll tell you and point you to the option that is.

Many cases take six to eighteen months, depending on how much movement is needed.
You may feel light pressure for a day or two with each new set. That means it’s working.
Some plans with orthodontic benefits cover part of it. We’ll check for you.
