What to bring

Switching dentists

Switching from another dentist

Switching dentists is easier than most people think. Just tell us the name of your previous office, and we’ll request your records and X-rays with your permission. That way we can see your history, avoid repeating X-rays you don’t need, and pick up right where you left off.

Feeling nervous?

Nervous about the dentist?

You’re not the only one, and you won’t be judged here. Many of our patients arrive after years away from the dentist, often because of a bad experience. Tell us what worries you, whether it’s needles, the noise, the cost, or just not knowing what’s going to happen.

We’ll explain each step before we do it, go at your pace, and stop whenever you need a break. Just raise your hand. You’re in control of your visit.

Care for the whole family

We see patients of all ages, so parents, kids and grandparents can all come to the same place. Booking back-to-back family appointments is easy. Just ask when you call, and we’ll line everyone up in one trip.

Insurance and payment

We accept most dental insurance plans, including most PPOs, and we’ll file claims for you. If you don’t have insurance, we’ll give you clear prices up front and help you plan any treatment in a way that works for your budget. See our insurance and payment page for more detail.

Getting here

We’re at 2900 S Quincy St, Suite 120, Arlington, VA 22206, in Shirlington. Our office has its own entrance on the side of the building, directly across from the Shirlington bus station. Parking is simple, and we’re just off I-395.

What makes a first visit here different

Many practices rush new patients through a checklist. We use the first visit to get to know you: your dental history, what’s worked and what hasn’t, and anything you’re worried about. That time up front means better care later, because we understand what matters to you.

Comfort and accessibility

Our private side entrance means no stairs to climb, no big lobby to find your way through, and a short walk from parking or the bus station. If you have mobility needs, a medical condition, or anything else that would make your visit easier with a little planning, let us know when you book and we’ll be ready.
